Sensei Richard Amos / 2 Day Canadian Seminar

Postby SWM » Fri May 28, 2010 3:52 pm

The Traditional Karate of Brandon (WTKO affiliate member) will once again host Sensei Richard Amos for a two day seminar on November 6th and 7th, 2010.

Annually we host senior WTKO instructors for seminar and examinations to Brandon, Manitoba. Past instructors include John Mullin, Richard Amos, and Eiji Maeda. These annual seminars are open to all Shotokan Karate-ka with no concern of political affiliation.

Warm regards,
Scott Middleton

Thank you so much for your kind words.

After nearly 25 years of Karate I am truely inspired by Sensei Amos on and off of the Dojo floor. I have trained with him many times at his WTKO Honbu Dojo in New York City and I always take so much away from the training.

I know from conversations with the senior instructors of the WTKO they also have "no concern for political affiliation". The training is what counts.

2010 WTKO Canada Invitational Seminar with Sensei Richard Amos:

The seminar was once again a huge good success, with participants attending from as far off as Alberta (about a 12 hour drive). Sensei covered the following areas:

- Kakuyoku Shodan
- Heian Shodan, Yondan, and Godan
- Bassai Dai
- Keri Waza
- Ido Kihon

If you have not had the experience training under Sensei Amos, I highly recommend it.

Sensei John Mullin, 7th Dan has already been reserved to teach at our 2011 WTKO Canada invitational seminar.

Warm regards to all,
Scott Middleton
