Who do you feel was the greatest heavyweight boxing champion? No Wikipedia cites, please!!! Simple matter of your opinion based upon their records, who was the greatest heavyweight boxing champion? A couple of names should leap to mind immediately: Ali, Marciano, Louis - no matter who it was, you had to be good, so who do you personally think was the greatest and why?

I have a lot of time for Henry Cooper. I don't believe he ever held a world title unfortunately.

From what I know of the man he displayed many of the traits typical of a true karateka.
