ENPI or EMPI ??

Why is this Kata sometimes spelt ENPI and sometimes spelt EMPI ??

It is a matter of linguistics. The "n" often changes to the "m" sound when preceding a bilabial (both lips pressed together) sound, such a "p". It can get a little more complicated than that, depending on dialects, etc. But that should probably suffice(?)
