OK - is it front kick (mei geri) to reverse punch (gyaku zuki) or is it front kick (mei geri) to lunge punch (oi zuki)? - http://www.blackbeltmag.com/daily/tradi ... rse-punch/ What say you?

I prefer using both kizami zuki and gyaku zuki. Start with chudan mae geri left or right and follow with same hand jodan kizami zuki and follow with chudan gyaku zuki. Change levels to confuse the defender.
