AAU Karate

Postby Tom O'Brien » Sun Nov 11, 2012 3:03 am

We are going to a preliminary AAU TMA competition on 11/18. Last year the competition was canceled because of the snow storm. I was afraid it was gonna be washed away by Frankenstorm this year but we are going ahead anyway. :D

Thanks,
Tom

The Ronin Martial Arts Club did well @ the AAU TMA competition yesterday - I took gold in the 'old geezer's' division, kobudo, kata & kumite  Fred took silver in kata & kumite, Miguel took gold in kumite & silver in kata. Josh is 10 & the only kid in an adult class. He fought for the 1st time. He got the wind knocked out of him but he did not quit! He took bronze in kata & kumite 8)

Thanks,
Tom
