How do I get a scanned image from my "My Pictures" folder into a post ?

Andy,

You need to open an account at www.photobucket.com for example. Then using their software upload your pic to it. Post the image there. Use the built in HTML generator at the bottom of the page, just click your check box on the images you want ,create the code and paste that into you post and the image will appear.

Sounds complicated but it is very easy.

Jim - I have only put 1 pic up so far. It is the pic of the front cover of Fighting Arts mag with my Sensei - Frank Cope with Master Kanazawa.

Andy, you can also just select the forum board ebay type code and it will publish a smaller pic that when someone clicks enlarges!

Just so you know.
