Bob - My old Mum (who was 90 when she passed) used to advise us all 'Don't write cheques your body can't cash - even on overdraft!'

I am so overdrawn in this respect it must equal Bankrupt!

Oh! How i ache some days :shock:

then get some very sound 'sports science/medical advice' now as i foolishly did not. :oops:

and i am not preaching to you - i am begging you to do so - the pain if you didn't is daily but was avoidable - trust me on that! :cry:

HAH! You don't want her. I messed up my hip flexors a few months ago. (Actually I was relieved that it was just that, since I know way too many people in MA younger than me who have had hip replacements. Fortunately, the joints are fine.) I was sent to a physical therapist- a cute young thing. However, I think that she was a graduate of the Guantanamo Bay College of Physical Therapist. Fortunately, the pain has been accompanied by gain.
