An old article of mine that I re-wrote

It's basically a long winded ramble about the seiken-zuki. Just put up a new version correcting a cubic crapton of errors and adding loads of additional info.

Diego,
I started reading this in detail, but after 5 minutes I started skim reading it and eventually gave up. Sorry!
However, I think a work such as yours would be well served by an executive summary and presented as an e-book so that it can be downloaded and read at leisure.
Good effort though, I think its a great resource.
