Training for a regional AAU championship on 3/25! Go hard up till 2 weeks before the competition & then it's all about speed & technique!

In with the 35 & over crowd - I was referred to as a 'seasoned veteran' :roll:

(they didn't mention what seasoning :wink:

). I lost but Miguel won silver in kata & bronze in kumite.

Not enough 'old geezers' so I got put in with 35+. I lost but Miguel took silver in beginner's kata & bronze in kumite!
