They come in a number of different sizes and styles. Best to try a few different ones out to find what works best. You want something that is interchangeable between wrists and ankles.

Thanks - I'll check out some online catalogues but if anyone has any recommendations please let me know. :)

I know it is my daft sense of humour but all of you go back and reread this thread - sounds like a load of deviants advising each other on 'what to wear to get a better buzz!'

or is that just my daft sick mind - I thought it was about karate homework - not sack belts and chain mail shirts :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol:

During the lesson I always say practise this at home, punches once people understand what they are looking to achieve i recommend the use of a mirror so you can watch you balance and so on.

even kicks, I used to practise in a box room many years ago. and yes you can tell if some one puts in the extra mile by there performance the next lesson. :wink:
